Helping in the classroom
Each family is assigned classroom help days one to two days each month. In the classroom, the teacher and classroom helpers work together to encourage learning through guided exploration and play. Classroom help shifts are from 8:30am to 12:00pm.
Family Job
Each family is assigned a job that they are responsible for throughout the year to assist in the day-to-day running of our school. Family jobs vary in skill and time required. Some family jobs are also board positions and require a once per month board meeting.
Fundraising
Family fundraising is an essential part of the school. All families are expected to participate in our three main fundraisers every year. Most recently, these fundraisers included a Fun Run in September, a fall Coffee Sale, and an Auction and Raffle in spring.
